Order Shipping Information

At home delivery is possible only for pre-paid orders. Payment has to be made only after receiving a bill from Boardside.lv. Payment is done using a digital bank, or visiting a bank personally. Order is delivered during 1-5 working days starting from the moment we receive the payment for the order. Delivery is made to the address you’ve indicated when making the order. Before the delivery our staff will contact you to specify the delivery method and time.

When receiving the order, the client must sign the order invoice. Order will be issued only if the person receiving is presenting a valid ID and/or signs the Order Invoice.

Delivery to Omniva LV parcel machine - 5€, specify the address in comments
At-Home Delivery in Latvia : 15€ except Surfboards
Free Delivery Omniva Latvia for orders over 100€
At-Home Delivery to Estonia and Lithuania : 20€ except Surfboards
Free Delivery Omniva Pakomat Estonia and Lithuania for orders over 100€.
Final costs for deliveries outside Baltic states are calcucated during Order Processing

If you choose, the order can be delivered using a different courrier service. Exact costs and Terms and Conditions can be discussed separately with the chosen courrier service. Final delivery cost is calculated after Order Confirmation.

Boardside.lv doesn’t gain any profits from courrier services, that is why we always try our best to offer our clients the best delivery option and cost.

Goods may be returned via an Omniva parcel terminal in accordance with Omniva’s terms of use and instructions.

Returns via courier service:

To return goods via a courier service, please contact us at info@boardside.lv before arranging the shipment.

Returns to the Boardside.lv store:

Goods may be returned to the Boardside.lv store during its opening hours. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Cash refunds are available only for purchases originally paid at the actual store.
